Sometimes I get so bogged down in the "politics" of church. Many times I think that it would just be easier to be a "pew sitter" and watch from the sidelines. But there is something that just keeps moving me forward into service. I really know just what it is...the Spirit moves in mysteryious ways...God's word tell us that. So, I find myself asking what in the Spririt moves me? What makes me want to stay on a ship that seems like it has no steering wheel? I know one thing, whether it is church, health, work or just life in general, something always seems like it is spiraling out of control. But there is a calling, These Are They that win the race to that heavenly home. No matter what the enemy hurls at me, I am steadfast in my belief in the faithfulness of God that He will bring me, us, to a time of great jublilation...one I am excited for!
THESE ARE THEY

The oceans give up all the dead that are in them.
And the graves open wide to set captives free.
And those that are roaming rise to meet them
Abraham's seed as the sands of the sea.
These are they that have come out of great tribulation.
They have washed their robes in the blood of the lamb.
They have come through much sorrow into great jublilation.
They're redeemed by the blood of the lamb.
Like a strong mighty army their voices are ringing.
The great cloud of witnesses sings freedom's song.
As they enter the country built by their own Father.
The promised homeland they looked for so long.
All the strangers and pilgrimis are no longer strangers.
All the tired, weary wanderers they will wander no longer.
The table is spread for the great celebration.
And the welcome home banner flies over the door!
These are they who have come out of great tribulation.
They have washed their robes in blood of the lamb.
They have come through much sorrow into great jubilation.
They're redeemed by the blood of the lamb!
